Online reviews and complaints can make a big difference to your ability to maintain high tenancy. You don’t want to become the subject of negative reviews in Google, or other sites, it very difficult to repair and can cause a surprisingly high number of vacancies due to prospective tenants backing out of lease agreements, after they “googled you”. Even if the complaints are malicious and false, they still hurt, and they will still damage a business.
